My coaching philosophy

For the past ten plus years, I have been training and working with athletes from the age of five up to college age athletes.

The focus of my strength and conditioning is of the body and mind.

My goals in coaching are to provide the young athlete with a well rounded experience of discipline physically, emotionally, and mentally.

I believe that to truly succeed , a student athlete has to be well rounded in all aspects of his/her life.

So I not only focus on their physical strength and stamina, but their mental and emotional strength and stamina as well.

While my physical training are strenuous and disciplined, I also train and encourage their strength in social and academics.

One way I reach the athletes I've train is that I go to their level and train with them.

When they see that I am willing to do the work along side them, the trust that builds breaks down barriers that otherwise would not be broken.

My straight forward and honest approach to training builds a relationship of trust, dedication and loyalty with myself and the athlete.
